his certified wine is a 60% Sangiovese and 40% Montepulciano blend, made from grapes grown in the Castorano, Offida and Acquaviva area.

 

The wine¹s tasting features are made simpler by removing the grape skins before fermenting.

Tasting notes: this ruby red wine has an intense fruity bouquet with a fragrance of wild cherries, roses and violets. Its dry fresh taste is tart, alcoholically warm, full bodied and distincly mellow to the palate.

Gastronomic notes:
excellent with legumes, polenta,
savoury sauces, stuffed pasta
and traditional Ascoli salami.

Serving temperature: 16° C.
