IGNARELLO wine is made from local Passerina grapes, grown in the best wine-producing area of the Piceno territory.
Charmat-method re-fermentation makes this wine pleasantly lively, with a lovely racy finish.

It has a yellow colour with bright hues, a fruity, flowery bouquet and an elegant crisp flavour.
Excellent as an aperitif or served with snacks, it also complements fish starters and delicate entrées.

Serving temperature: 11°  C.
